Eating, drinking, or handling food products prepared by adding liquid nitrogen at the point of sale, immediately before consumption can have the potential for serious injury. Liquid nitrogen can cause severe damage to skin and internal organs if mishandled or accidently ingested. Injuries have occurred from handling or eating products prepared by adding liquid nitrogen immediately before consumption, even after the liquid nitrogen has fully evaporated, due to the extremely low temperature of the food.
Our team has over 20 years of experience in handling liquid nitrogen safely, and have never experienced injury to our guests. Our team is highly trained in cautiously handling liquid nitrogen & serving food and drink prepared with liquid nitrogen. The safety of our guests is very high priority and would never serve food considered unsafe or to cause bodily injury or harm.
